General Flows & Process
⟡ Please provide references, mood boards, examples, or any visual inspiration for your project.⟡ The more details you can share about the mood, style, colour palette, and overall look you're hoping to achieve, the easier it will be for me to bring your vision to life.⟡ A detailed brief helps both of us stay aligned and reduces unnecessary revisions later on.⟡ I will review your request and provide the first sketch / draft for with a quotation.⟡ A 3% deposit is required after the sketch / draft and quotation have been sent.⟡ Any changes or fixes can be made during this stage (up to 3 revision rounds).⟡ Once the sketch/draft has been approved, a 70% deposit of the total quotation is required.⟡ I will only begin working on the final artwork once the deposit has been received ✧⟡ I will provide updates from time to time and will notify you if there are any delays or issues.⟡ During the working / rendering stage, only minor fixes are allowed (such as changes of colour scheme, small layout changes, or text edits).⟡ Major changes, redesigns, or changes in direction after approval may incur additional charges or be treated as a new commission.⟡ The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered via email.⟡ Final file(s) will be sent once the balance has been fully settled ♡

Copyright & Usage Rights
⟡ All commissioned work is for personal use only.⟡ Commercial use will require an additional licensing fee.⟡ Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
· Branding
· Merchandise
· Marketing materials
· Advertisements
· Publications
· Streaming platforms uses
· Social media monetization
· Any revenue-generating purposes⟡ Please do not claim my artwork as your own or under your client's name.⟡ Credit is always appreciated whenever possible ♡⟡ I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested before the project begins.
Revision / Feedback
⟡ Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included during the ideation / sketch stage.⟡ Once the working / rendering stage begins, only minor amendments are allowed (such as changes on colour scheme, small layout changes, or text edits).⟡ Any major changes, change of direction, or redesign requests after approval may incur additional charges.⟡ Major redesigns will be treated as a new commission.
Timeline / Delivery
⟡ Whole process would take around 1 week - 1 month+ depending on the complexity of the project.⟡ Lower resolution of the design / artwork will be send during discussion or updating phase.⟡ Timely feedback from you helps keep the project running smoothly and on schedule.⟡ Delayed feedback may result in adjustments to the estimated delivery timeline.⟡ That being said, I will also do my best to keep you updated throughout the process whenever possible ♡⟡ Personal-use commissions will be delivered in photos format:

Editing / AI Usage
⟡ Please do not edit, alter, trace, modify, or redistribute my work without permission.⟡ DO NOT upload, feed, train, reference, scrape, trace, replicate, mint, tokenize, or use my artwork in any AI tools, AI generators, machine learning models, datasets, image-to-image systems, NFTs, or similar technologies for any purpose whatsoever.⟡ If you need adjustments, alternative versions, or additional assets, please contact me directly first.
I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a commission at any stage if the project falls outside my capabilities, conflicts with my values, contains prohibited content, involves unreasonable demands, or if communication becomes unprofessional or abusive.
